Hi ive just started to get maternity allowance my oh job ends just before christmas will he be able to claim JSA or will it come out of my maternity allowance.

thanks for that DX2 hopfully it will not come to that and he will get another job before his end hes applying for everything and anything going.Just trying to get a budget sorted .0
