The promotion is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 or over with the exception of employees and their immediate families of Kraft Foods, agents and anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the promotion.
To Enter: visit https://www.philadelphia.co.uk between 00:01am on 19.09.09 and 11:59pm on 31.10.09 (“the Promotional Period”), and answer the multiple choice question.
All correct answers to the multiple choice question will be entered into the prize draw. There will be one prize draw per day, by an independent person, during the Promotional Period for all valid entries received the previous day. In the event that there are no valid entries for a particular draw day, that prize will be unclaimed and after the closing date, all such unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random draw from all correct entries submitted during the Promotional Period, excluding previous prize winners. At the end of the Promotional Period, all valid entries, except for previous prize winners, will be automatically entered into the runner-up prize draw on 23.11.09 to win a Philadelphia cookbook.

French cookery weekend includes return economy flights from London, airport taxes and fuel surcharges, transfers to and from the airport in France, £200 spending money, 2 nights’ accommodation in a double/twin room in France with breakfast daily, lunch on the Saturday, aperitifs and canap!s, evening meals on the Friday and Saturday, 2 x cookery classes, standard travel insurance, £100 travel allowance to get to and from the UK airport.

Italian cookery weekend includes return economy flights from London, airport taxes and fuel surcharges, car hire, £200 spending money, 2 nights’ accommodation in a double/twin room in Italy with breakfast and lunch (with wine) daily, 3 hours of cookery tuition, culinary diploma signed by the chef, standard travel insurance and £100 travel allowance to get to and from the UK airport.
A valid UK passport is required by each person travelling and a full UK driving license is required by at least one of the people going on the Spanish or Italian trip in order to drive the hire car. The minimum driving age in these countries is 21 years. On collection of the hire car the driver must provide their driving licence and a swipe of a valid credit card in their name as a security deposit. The person accompanying the winner on the cookery holiday must be aged 16 or over.
Winners will be notified by email and telephone on 02.11.09. To claim their cookery holiday prize, daily prize winners must respond to the notification email or call by midday on 19.11.09. All secondary prize winners will have their Philadelphia cookbook sent to the postal address that they provided upon entry.
In the event that a daily prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification via email and telephone by 19.11.09, a further attempt will be made by telephone. If contact cannot be made within 14 working days of the closing date, the prize will be forfeited and re-allocated to another entrant who will be selected in the final prize draw after the closing date.
All prizes must be claimed by 10.12.09, booked by 31.03.10 and all travel must be completed by 31.12.10. All prize holidays are subject to availability excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter. Winners are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
All participants must ensure that they provide a valid email address and/or telephone number and are contactable on the same email address and/or telephone number used for their entry.
There is no alternative offered in whole or part to the stated prizes. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in appropriate circumstances.
The Promoter accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed or incomplete for any reason whatsoever.
Prize winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required.
