Hey Guys,
I've just started a new routine of trying to eat healthier and exercise more and came across this site calorie-count which is free. I did a search to see if it had been posted before and I couldn't see it so sorry if it has.
You input your weight and how much you want to loose and set yourself a calorie allowance.
You can input all your activity and food consumption (you can input all the nutritional information from the food packets or use their food database) and it will tell you how many calories that you have consumed and burned and give you a nutrition report.
There is also a downloadable toolbar (available for firefox too) which has an eat meter which tells you how many calories you have consumed.
It seems very good for free and it motivating me to try hard. :j
