I don't think they have anything as good as the deal I've just taken out with CNM on Three - a 6280 on Video Talk and Text 700, 12 month contract with full cashback (apart from 99p/month itemised billing and £2.50 admin fee) - with 30MB internet data allowance per month if you sign up before the end of August.

Having said that, I also recommend Mobileshop - just coming to the end of a SIM-only deal with them and it has all worked fine so far.

Edit: I see from above that they don't send any forms - I will look at this PDF. Another incentive for you not to claim the cashback. I ticked the box to say no insurance, and I didn't get any insurance forms. If they start charging me for insurance I have a printout of the web application page where I ticked the "no insurance" box.
Hi, you got exactly the same as i did.....but if you read the "bumf" on their website, they sent everything they said they would send.....Remember to write your CNM number down somewhere, and download the .pdf.....as if you lose these they won't send you them again unless its within the first 10 days of your contract......

I served notice of cancellation on Dialaphone/3 at the end of my 11th month and my final bill(13th) arrived a week after my contract ended.
For those who have ended their contract on other networks, did you get a final bill e.g. 13th bill to say that month 12 has been paid and did it say that you now have nothing else to pay?

Different people take out different offers, so they will receive different links to download the correct form for the claim, e.g. cashback amounts of less than £200 will receive one link and for those with over £201+ will receive this link (well I did anyway) https://www.mobilemediasystems.co.uk...hbackclaim.pdf

I would like to say as a customer who has taken out a deal with them, they have been excellent in dealing with my claims. They email to say that my claim is being processed. A cheque arrives in about 2 weeks (compared to mobileshop's 45 days).

Yes you should - I have just cancelled with BT Mobile and they said they'd send me a final bill within 14 days.

Oh how confusing. From http://coolnewmobile.co.uk/terms.asp :

"Cash backs are claimed by sending the original claim form that we send to you by email when you purchase your handset"

I have received three emails from them ("Thank you for your order", "Mobile Application" [they couldn't confirm the address trace on my card] and "Phone Despatched"). None of them had any attachments. I emailed care.fulfilment@4ultd.com on Wednesday lunch time (almost three days ago) asking how to make cashback claims and have had no reply. I've sent the email again, with an urgent message attached, (and also to Fulfilment@dextrasolutions.com, which bounced) this time. Not impressed!

Default Cool New Mobile via Quidco

After only 3 weeks from placing my order through Quidco, payment to Quidco has been received from Cool New Mobile......with some merchants I hear it takes 3 or 4 months.....so thats very encouraging....I hope my redemptions are as prompt and straightforward.

If yours is the 120,180,240,300,360 day redemption.....and you get a different form to this...please let me know.

If you've had your contract for more than ten days tho....I doubt whether they will answer your query at all......I'm sure I read somewhere that you only had the said "ten days" to ask any questions.

Yes, mine is five lots so should be the same as yours. And no, I only got the phone four days ago so they'd better respond! You're right about 10 days - see the email address.

It seems as though we've been talking about this for ages(thats why i thought you were over the 10 days).......

anyway...re one of your earlier posts mentioning insurance. I didn't tick the box, but still got no insurance forms, although I had a company ring me about insurance, I couldn't talk when they rang, they were supposed to ring me back, which they didn't. I'm quite pleased they didn't, as it saves me cancelling after the 3 months.

If you use internet banking, you should be able to see whether they have set up a Direct Debit for your insurance, you may also see that your line rental is paid to Car Phone Warehouse and not O2.

My contract started 25th July, I got my first bill 8th August(dated the 6th), it was for £45.99....£15 for the part month, £30 for the next month and 99p for itemised billing. I rang and cancelled itemised billing, and also queried my "roll over" minutes which were not mentioned on my bill........I was told they didn't start until the end of the first full month......so I'll just have to wait and see about that.

Thanks for the replies confirming that you get a 13th bill (after terminating your account) on other networks. Its just so I know when I close my current contract, which will need the 13th bill to be sent in for my final claim. Some previous posters (people in a similar position) on other threads called up customer services and asked for the credit that they owe you, by cheque.

Yes you are correct, the first bill that I sent them was my 5th bill, which was over my 120 days. I got this confirmed be email because when I signed up, their T&Cs stated the 4th bill, whilst also saying it must be the bill that is showing the 120 days since network connection. I have since sent in my 7th and 9th bill to show that I have been connected for 180 and 240 days respectively.

Like I mentioned in #103:

Default Which bills to send?

According to their T&C's:

Porting (keeping your old number)
when making the first instalment claim at 120 days, with a PORTed number, we need in addition to the standard requirements above, a copy of the first bill showing the original number we supplied to you.

However the first bill Orange sent me didn't have the number they supplied with me,just my original number that was ported. So what else should I send them.

Also got the phone 11/5, but got my first bill 20/5, so now have my 4th bill. Do I send them the 4th or 5th bill - (100 days since start) which will be dated 21/9 and more than 120 days after the contract started
