Thanks very much my husband who has already had one heart attack and is at least 5 stone overweight continues to squeeze himself into a size 38 jeans with his 47in waist hanging over them. I try my best with his diet when he's home but he works away maybe the tape measure will make him see his true waist size.

Thanks OP. I have a history of heart disease in my family. In fact my father died from this when I was 14 years old.
