yeah, we don't know what we are yet, we are one of the ones that had to be sold on so we are in limbo at the moment. meh, nothing knew... safeway - morrisons (although we only had the morrisons brand but no signs e.c.t) - somerfield (worst of the lot) - dunno, maybe a morrisons again i've heard.
Buyout of former Co-operative and Somerfield stores
When the Co-op completed the take-over of Somerfield, Morrisons purchased in excess of 30 stores from the combined group. They plan to completely refit these stores to include as much of the full Morrisons format as possible. On Monday 30 March 2009, the following stores were advertised to be re-furbished by Morrisons:
1) New acquired stores, sales areas and proposed programme of openings:
Bridport, Dorset, 14,494sq ft - to open by late April
Headington, Oxford, 12,974sq ft - early May
Haslemere, Surrey, 9,849sq ft - mid May
Saxmundham, Suffolk, 14,040sq ft - mid May
Ponteland, Northumberland, 12,095sq ft - late May
Croydon, Greater London, 10,161sq ft - end of May
Upminster, Greater London, 14,839sq ft - early June
Stamford, Lincolnshire, 16,754 sq ft - mid June
Holsworthy, Devon, 12,910sq ft - mid June
Alcester, Warwickshire, 11,488sq ft - mid June
Torquay, Devon, 12,073sq ft - late June
Caldicot, Gwent, 13,378sq ft - early July
Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, 13,337sq ft - early July
* The acquisition is conditional on regulatory approval and the successful completion of The Co-operative Groups acquisition of Somerfield
Nine additional new Waitrose branches to open in 2009:
Bristol, 7,000sq ft - second convenience store to open by spring
Islington, 10,800sq ft - summer
Weston-super-Mare, 21,000sq ft - summer
Colchester (23,000sq ft), Altrincham (21,000sq ft), Winchester (20,000sq ft), all autumn
Ashford, 15,000sq ft - winter
Two further locations to be confirmed following the finalising of legal discussions.
2) In addition to creating new jobs, Waitrose will also retain the services of around 3,000 contractors as a result of the 13 store acquisition and nine new branches.

Somerfield and co-op have regularly had alot of the same offers for years, they use the same suppliers for alot of things, but co-op offers are very good and they're only going to get better when they have more stores.
I think most of their offers aren't weekly but they just change a small amount of them as it would be a big task to do new offers every week on the entire store!
