the courier depot where your delivery comes from. When I first joined Avon, and I had to collect my delivery from another Rep, the Courier left me with a card with the depot number to call.

Since then, every sign up I do, I give them the depot number too, so if there are any problems with their deliveries they can call the courier depot directly.

Maybe your SL or ASM has it?

You could try calling Avon to ask where it is?

Hi everyone. I still have 4 orders to give customers!! Had a manic week and put notes through their door and they've not contacted me!! Will have to go round again on Monday, when I will be collecting all my cats too. 1 customer I have given up on, she's normally really good, have had her stuff for 5 weeks now and I don't have the money to keep it. Another woman said she can't pay until next Friday but I need to pay my invoice on Wed, so can I put it as a refund then if, no, when she pays next weekend I can just give it to her and the credit will "disappear" when Avon dont receive it???

if you ask Avon to credit you for something and don't return it with the time period - they will just recharge you for it.

So if she doesn't pay you, you would need to make sure it is returned before the recharge date.
