Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to all UK residents, except Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over, except employees of Sara Lee UK, their families, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
This prize draw entry period opens on Monday 1st September 2008 12:01 am/GMT and will close Sunday 31st May 2009 11:59 pm/GMT
Only one entry per code throughout the duration of this promotion.
Incorrectly completed applications will not be processed.
To enter the competition simply enter your promotional code, your name, email address, postcode, age and tell us how you got your Senseo® machine on the online form. All correctly completed entries will be automatically entered in the prize draw. Duplicate entries will be invalid.
The prizes are as follows:
1. Main prize is a trip of yo 0ur choice for 2 people to Brazil or Kenya only, with a value of up to £5000.
2. Three runners up will receive a city break for two value up to £1000.
3. 200 other winners get a variety box containing 18 Senseo® Monopods (3 Senseo®® pods of 6 different varieties).
Sara Lee reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion.
The Main Prize winners shall receive Trailfinders ® vouchers with a value of up to £5000 to be used only at Trailfinders® for a trip of their choice to Brazil or Kenya.
Three runners up shall receive Trailfinders ® vouchers with a value of up to £1000 to be used only at Trailfinders® for a city trip for two of their choice.
Actual value of the trips may vary based on the destination, airfare fluctuations, timings and length of the holiday chosen. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and must be completed by September 30, 2009. Travel companion (unless child of winner) must be over 18 as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sara Lee will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining all government issued identification necessary for travel.

No transfer or substitution of prizes is allowed. The prizes may not be redeemed for cash and there is no cash value. Sara Lee reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value for any reason at their sole discretion. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation at origination, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Any state, federal and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner holds Sara Lee harmless from and against Winner's failure to pay same.
The winning entrants will be drawn at random on Monday 15th June 2009 from all correctly completed entries received. The winners will be notified by email before Monday 29th June.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the notification the prize will be redrawn. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
No correspondence in connection with this draw will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control.
The winner may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion.

Not necessarily because if people have won the machine and coffee and have a code, they haven't spent anything have they?

EDIT: Apparently you can get the pods in poundland for a pound too- under the £1.50 limit. I've added it to my opening post:D
