Eurotunnel via Tesco Clubcard

Hi,
Can someone advise how this works? When you exchange your clubcard vouchers, you supposedly get 'Travel Tokens'.
How do you use these? Can you use them on the Eurotunnel site online or do you have to book via a call centre? If a call centre, are the prices the same as the online prices??
Thanks in advance.

You exchange your Tesco clubcard vouchers for Euro tunnel vouchers and they give you a number to call to book your tickets. It is usually the same price as online and you can check by having the online quotes up when you call. You can't use Tesco vouchers for some extras like pets.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.

We've done this a few times and it's really great value.
You get the 'travel tokens' from Clubcard (along with the phone number to call to book) . Once received you book over the phone, the price is exactly the same as online.
When you receive your travel tokens you also receive a booking form to fill in with all your details and the booking reference (which the person on the phone will give you). After booking over the phone, fill it in and send special delivery along with the travel tokens.
The travel tokens don't have to cover the whole cost of the trip, you can pay some by credit/debit card if you want. (But if the tokens are more than the trip cost you won't get any credit back).
It's really very easy and they're very helpful. Just remember to have all the travel dates/times etc. handy when you phone. They also need the travel tokens numbers so have those handy as well.Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A

The whole process does take some time though. The last time we did it, we only received the tickets half an hour before we were due to leave the house to get to the tunnel.0

We've found they either email the confirmation or just send it through the post. We didn't have 'tickets' just a confirmation number.
We got ours back pretty quickly. Guess it depends how busy they are. Always best to sort out in plenty of time I would think.Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A
