i agree....anyone think i should ask to speak to a manager??? my mum said they should be able to do a counter payment.

waiting to get through now...been told by the job centre this is the dlas error and they need to sort it today.

its finally been sorted!!!!
the payments been re-issued as they know the money is coming back after the bank liason dept checked with the bank.
payment should be with me fri!!!!

well they have paid my incapcity by chaps when they made a mistake , a couple of times

should have it by friday...if i hadent got back on to them i could of waited 2 weeks - a week min i was told...they know a bad mistake on there part was made and they knew it.
