I cannot recommend this enough. Sorry if repeated, I couldn't face reading all 7 pages!

• I've been looking into this and the uk website is http://www.silvaultramindsystems.co.uk/main/silva/static/hovesiden.do?n=0 one of their 'educators' was on the Britain's Psychic Challenge programme a couple of years ago on Channel 5 and ended up getting booted out at the beginning. All I can say is DON'T DO IT. I know her and her 'work' and there's nothing good I can say about either, if she's involved with it then it's going to be a 'get rich quick' thing, but needless to say, they're the only ones getting rich.

greeneyes, don't be such a sourpuss, it is free and I know that these courses are normally really expensive. Of course they will try and sell you somethig else but we're all grown ups. I have downloaded it and looking forward to getting started!

Hi Keefyboy

Not sure about finding an online course, I was always led to believe that you can only learn BSL in a one-to-one or group setting. A local Deaf people's group might be able to offer some support with costs of a course, or offer it for free if you are deaf or hearing impaired. They are also likely to be able to help with stuff like physical access to a centre. There are all sorts of funds and help available, just a case of hoping that you meet the requirements and that you have some patience, as it can take a while to sort out.

Have you tried your local branch of RNID? You can get information about your nearest branch by emailing informationline@rnid.org.uk or calling 0808 808 0123.

There are also a fair few local independent centres, liek Walsall's Deaf People's Centre (http://wdpcdemo.inco-soft.net/wd) and Bristol's Centre for Deaf People. Might be worth a google search of your area name and 'deaf centre'.

Good luck

I'm well aware this is an old thread, but I just thought I'd mention youtube anyway. Youtube have a huge resourse of how-to videos and there may well be some BSL that you can use. Good luck!
• Hi all,
i use this site.
http://alison.com/
it has several courses including computer courses like ICDL-ECDL
it is free because it is ad sponsored ,you fill in a short questionaire when you register and whilst each lesson loads you see ads no need to click any (but if you do they make some money which helps keep the site free) just wait for the lesson to load, hope this is of use to somebody.

This project management course / book has its full text online. It is readable by project management novices but has lots of stuff in it that even experienced PMs might learn a thing or two from.

It is oriented towards the management of IT projects and software development projects in particular but it seems to me that most of the messages apply to just about any sort of project.

I was browsing on lovemoney - the new motleyfool website, and came across this link to MIT - the Massachussets Institute of Technology - they release nearly all their coursework free on the web. There's no qualification, but if you want to learn about something, this is absolutely astonishing.
