Just got a response to one of my many tickets:

I have great news for you:

You will be credited within the next few hours for your offer.
Thank you for your active cooperation in helping us to resolve this issue.

And I have been already!! It was only 33sb but it all adds up so pleased to have them.

Do we need to put in tickets for our missing DS or are they supposed to credit them anyway? Bit confused about that. Surely they dont want to be inundated with tickets?

Just slipped in on time for the code - thanks for posting!

No search wins yet but have an e-mail survey worth 90SB X 2, completed a DS and no credit, don't know why I keep bothering LOL.

DS on energy tariffs just credited - it was actually on my ledger before the completion page had even loaded.

Just gotta wait for the four they owe me (three from the weekend and one from earlier in the month).

So I really wasn't going to bother to come online tonight with all the non crediting surveys and other things slow or not working and really wish I hadn't bothered as I've just done a survey by Toluna on swimming, which hasn't credited and I also lost the scren grab and the one I have may not be worth sending. Also it was one I have previously done, like the non crediding TS yesterday. I think SB are running out of surveys. I am wondering wether to cut my loses now or wait til the 'bonuses', tho not sure how much i'll get but that alone will take me to cashout, so will probably leave doing SB alone now.

So frustrating. I am thinking that I will just give Swagbucks a swerve until I know the daily surveys are working again. I can make more money on other sites, and lots of their surveys pay more via other sites, so maybe I just need to focus that time elsewhere. I've done it before and I am once again only a few weeks back on SB and getting frustrated on a daily basis by it!
