    I also volunteer for a Charity which does similar for famillies in need. The Life Charity offers free counselling, baby clothes, equipment and even housing for those facing distressing pregnancies, those with famillies or those who have suffered a miscarriage, infertility or abortion. Anyone is welcome in the centre and it is a shame that at present we have a store room full of prams, cots and clothes that aren't being used!
    Life also has a 'pro-life' ethic but all that means is that we cannot arrange abortions or distribute the morning after pill. All women (and men!)are welcome, and we actually offer a specialised post-abortion counselling service free too. Noone would be judged negatively.

    hi all,
    just been on the site and there is no centres anywhere within 50 miles of where we live, i think halifax is our hearest we live in st helens, merseyside, near liverpool, oh well never mind, surestart where we are only tend to stock girls clothes. :(:confused:
