£25 voucher for £8 to spend at secretsales.com from KGB Deals

Secret sales wayyyyyyyyy before the Ipad incident had major issues. So you can't blame it on tech geeks having nerd rage. I had the misfortune of ordering from them twice on the same weekend. I had to go to paypal disputes to get my money back. So don't wait more than 45 days.

There were hundereds and I mean hundereds (I see they have wiped their fb wall now) of people complaining of no refunds, lack of stock, failed delivery, lies, no contact, delays, more delays and FAKES. Ed Hardy spelt wrong on a towel for one and the Balenciaga bags were all over here on a thread and The Purse forums

SS denied fakes until they were blue in the face whole thread http://forum.purseblog.com/deals-and-steals/balenciaga-on-secret-sales-590438.html It was literally consumer power which got that one sorted.

I can see how people may get done over with fakes, if they don't know what the real thing should look like, unfortunately Balenciaga shoppers are fussy.

I haven't read the whole thread I skimmed it, so if people were saying you were a cynic then you were right to be, I expect many wouldn't touch SS with a bargepole again who have experienced them.

Like I say over £20 odd of make it up vouchers in my account which I won't spend, they can't even pay me to shop there :rotfl:

I can answer a few of the questions on here , I think , as have been using KGB for ages

Firstly there was definitely an ERROR with sending out the codes as ALOT of people have received the same number code for each voucher instead of individual codes..

Their e-mail address for London deals is ; customersupport_london@kgbdeals.com as the e-mail on the voucher simply bounces back!

You can see on there that other people have had the problem with multiple codes with the same number on this deal..

( including myself! lol )

It is not one voucher per person - You can order and use as many as you like .. I used 2 on Secret Sales today but my other vouchers were duplicate numbers too = Definitely a techie error on their part

They WILL sort it out and issue new codes

You have to pay postage on this offer ie £4.50 but some sales its just £2.75 I think!!

If you only got £15 quid as a discount maybe you hit the wrong price in the drop down box which lets you choose a £5 , £10 , £15 ++ amount in case you want to spend say £5 on one sale and the rest later on ( but double postage then - So I'd say spend it all at once!! )

You get £5 credit if you refer a friend on Secret Sales so is worth doing esp with those you have bought the voucher as a gift for!

If anyone didn't receive their code or have deleted it - You will probably have to contact KGB to be sent it out again - They are going to have to send new codes out to most of us who ordered more than one by the looks of it - So sending out your original code won't be a problem

They have always answered any queries of mine and sorted out any problems

I don't know much about Top Cashback as usually use Quidco - But any KGB queries - Send them my way...

Do I work for them , no , am I affiliated with them in any way , no , would I work there , YES - Have been asked to send my CV in , am I a big fan , YES! ... Got loads of amazing deals on there which have really helped me out this Christmas too and I can eat out on the cheap..

Thanks cazza, it worked out fine for me, I got the black Diesel top for £25 and just paid p+p. I also liked the look of the southpole bag and the set of 3 baskets for £25.

Cazzap you you sound awfully like the secret sales reps on the fb wall etc. Very enuthsiastic despite flogging deals for vouchers for a crap retailer known to sell fakes.
