have ya tried baby wipes, i can tend to get most stuff off with those, otherwise the avon skin so soft, bath oil works a treat to remove marks off leather, and has loads of other uses too, so shouldnt be wasted if ya can get hold of some, the woodland fresh is about the best one.

ive a book knockin about on stain removal, i'll just have a look and see if i can find anything else to help. ;D

Try a bit of nail varnish remover on cotton wool and then rinse off quickly.

please can you tell me where i can get Saddle Soap from

Would like to try it on my Cream Leather setttee
Hoping that when I start looking after the pennies, and the pounds will take care of them selves :j
  • Definately hairspray - I had the same problem a couple of months ago and hairspray (has to be alcohol based) took it off with ease.

get it in bike shops,it comes in a little flat tin. I use it on my leather saddle and thats where i buy it.Else horse riding shops will have it. Millets might even do it for treating leather boots if you dont have either of the other two shops anywhere nearby
  • If you cant get any saddle soap another thing to use as we have also got a cream leather suite is Dreft Hand Washing powder.Mix some up in warm water and put it on with a sponge and you wouldn't believe the differance it makes.
But to answer the original question of the ink--Aftershave will do the trick--Little bit on a cotton bud..........

Personally I wouldn't rub it with anything just yet :)

Use the same pen to make a mark around the back of the sofa, THEN.....try out some of these remedies ;D

    I'd use white spirit. ;D
