Parcel2Go contact info

Does anyone have a telephone number for Parcel2Go please?

I have a problem with a non-collection and their web site seems to be playing silly beggers tonight and I can't see any contact information either.

Would appreciate any help, ta.

    Parcel2go....non collection.....surely not......

(coming out in cold sweat at the mention of that outfit's name)

    Should be renamed ParcelNOgo.

Does anyone sense a little bitterness??

Oh yes, been there many times. Stopped using them about 1 year ago when 4 non collections ended in me issuing a County Court claim against them. In my opinion they have about the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They put up deliberate barriers to communicating with their customers and if you do finally get to speak to someone the word 'apology' has been deleted from their vocabulary.

Yup, I'll agree with you there Kevin.

However, to be fair to P2Go, the parcel has now been collected.

They probably just arrange collection with other firms, so it can be a nightmare when it all goes wrong. Then then it is as cheap as chips.

At work we use someone similair, and it can be a nightmare. One day 1 company collect and the next, another.....
