Declaration of trust template where?

I have read that there are declaration of trust templates available online, however have not found any.
Does anyone know where there are templates for declarations of trust agreements?

It is to set out how much myself and partner are putting into our house being bought in my name.

Thanks

  • I've been looking for months - don't want to pay unnecessary solicitors fees.

Could also do with a 'will' template???

I had mine done at the solicitor when I bought the house. It cost us an extra £75 on top of the other legal fees for buying a house. TBH I have never seen a template for one but you could try WHSmiths as they have DIY legal packs.
