    Was that the male or female assistant and was this before 2pm? ;) They won't be getting any more in. You could always try Lowestoft, though. You can't check stock, as Aldi won't give out the individual store phone numbers to anyone. The next closest store to you is Norwich, but I doubt they've got any left.

    The female one and yes just after 2pm she said they had all just sold.

    I got one of these last year and its a great machine.

    Was rather annoyed when I got there to see a middle aged couple with a trolley containing 4 and him carrying two. Greed.

    I don't know if it's any good, but I bought one today (£38 with the VAT discount) so we'll see how it goes! I'm not much of a sew-er but I keep thinking of buying one and learning, especially for stuff like curtains and cusions, which I always seem to have trouble finding. This one was half the price of any others I've seen so as long as it works it's a good deal!
