    Hi everyone,

Still eating food 'for the sake of it' as can't taste anything :(

B - toasted teacake, tea (at coffee shop as meeting MIL for Christmas shopping trip)
L - sushi snack pack, bag of cheese curls, 2 x mini cheese and onion rolls
D - hm shepherds pie, brussels
    E - walking around Bluewater :o:o

Did stop for a coffee with MIL and got a choc brownie. It was yuck, only managed two mouthfuls - probably just as well. Weigh day tomorrow. Think I will be very lucky to get away with a STS tbh.

  • Haven’t been on for a few days so just caught up with all the posts, I’ve been going through another “indulge my cravings phase” and will admit to scoffing some onion bhajia’s, a creamy chilli dip, nibbles, the odd glass of wine then finally topped it off yesterday meeting friends at an Italian restaurant and had chicken in a creamy gorgonzola sauce .

I seem to have gotten away with it though……luckily have STS this week, but I would guess the scales may differ to morrow.

T: im going to have mashed potatos with corned beef mashed in and beans-weird I know:rotfl: followed by a banana and greek yog

doesn’t sound weird at all…..to me that’s good old Nursery grub, but we called it Cowboy Pie using either sausages or corned beef…..yummy.
