Norfrost Freezer - Cheap & Cheerful or Cheap & Nasty?

I bought one about 5 years ago from a place near me that specialises in "war damaged goods" i.e. cosmetically damaged. There was a full guarantee with it so I took the outer case of and tapped the crease out. A spray can of white paint completed the modification. It worked out at about fifty quid below high street prices and to date has not malfunctioned. I think I'm gonna have to get the spray paint out though shortly.0

I'm going to get a Norfrost.
Thanks everyone for your comments - what a great bunch of moneysavers you all are.
..At least I would have done but Currys is now telling me that
"Due to high demand the following item(s) are currently unavailable"
!!!!!!, I should have been quicker!
Now I'm getting a Zanussi ZCF77C for 159 from John Lewis (2 year guarantee and free delivery). It's not as efficient as the Norfrost, I couldn't find another within my price range that even came close to it's Efficiency A.0 -
i got my norfrost from the comet clearance site .. cost £44 and £20 delivery .. its been fantastic and i had one before that and it lasted £15 yrs .. ive found that you pay for names not always quality..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0
