Hi,

Trying to sort out my debt (cleared 3 in past few months).

I have currently started a fresh start loan with provident which I failed to pay back due to many reasons - mainly my own stupidity- so the loan I am paying back is the dafulted loan.

Now on my credit report it states:

Provident (default)

(same loan) Provident fresh start

What I am wondering is, can i get the defaulted or the new entry of the provident loan removed from my credit report?

If they are a statement of fact, on what grounds would you expect them to be removed?

isnt the fresh start loan on different terms, also a different agreement?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
