Well, nail glue actually, doing a quick repair in the car and managed to get a dollop of glue on my jersey skirt. It's set solid and very dark. Any ideas of how it could be removed or have I ruined it?
Thanks!

There is a superglue solvent that can be bought in some DIY shops--my local ironmonger used to sell it. However, I do not know if the solvent would also ruin the skirt--I guess you've nothing to lose? Or, try putting some sort of decoration over it? A patch, button...?
I've heard acetone works and I have used it to limited effect on my fingers, but my guess is that depending on the content of the jersey in your skirt it might also ruin the skirt.:(0 -

A hot iron and blotting paper should shift it.0

Woo Hoo, I made it on the email
And wanted to report back... I soaked the glue in acetone, twice, then put the skirt through the washing machine, and you can barely tell the glue was there, just a very very small stiffer piece of skirt.
Thanks to all for your help0
