Homebase hourly wage rates

My son has an interview for Homebase can anyone tell my what their rate of pay is for a 16 year old. Thank you

£3.68 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18
GoogleHomebase pay £4.86 per hour, however, when you hit 18 it goes up to about.. £6.08 per hour. They also add something like, £1.20 per hour when you work on Bank Hoildays

The job was advertised as "meets min wages". He has had an interview with Asda which stated the same but Asda pay under 21's the same rate as over 21's0 -

Thanks I know the min age for a 16 year old is £3.68 but ASDA are going to pay him the same rate they pay over 21's, was just wondering if Homebase paid a higher rate.0
