Please excuse the (possibly) stupid question, but having a glance through the DDS log, it looks like there's bits of AVG left over from the uninstall (I'm looking at this bitAV: AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2013 *Enabled/Updated* {0E9420C4-06B3-7FA0-3AB1-6E49CB52ECD9}
SP: Windows Defender *Disabled/Updated* {D68DDC3A-831F-4fae-9E44-DA132C1ACF46}

Am I reading that right?

Rebuilding the WMI Repository would correct that.
It is uninstalled as there's no AVG processes/service/drivers running.0 -
