Thought I'd share the best (free) online workout videos I've found. I think they beat many dvds u have to pay for.

    It has a variety of workouts including pilates, kickboxing, dance, yoga, cardio etc
    The videos are also organized according to the part of the body they target and range from beginner to advanced level. So it's easy find videos to suit you

    Nowadays you can find many home fitness routines at Youtube. However, they are not complete if you want a total body workout.
