Hi again!!
I have done 'The Shred' again today so an 1/2 hour to add to my total :T Thats the good
The bad:
I have eaten- 1 lemon sherbet sweet, 1 celebration choc and a Mr K*pling mince pie which was yuck AND 250 calories!!!!!!:eek:
Im also going to add 1/2 tin of beans to my tea- it takes me over on MFP but I think 1200 calories is far too few anyway!O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Hello all! I haven't dropped off the planet just been really busy with visitors and work.
As a result food hasn't been fabulous but could have been a lot worse. I have managed a 4 k walk every day since Saturday so all is not lost.
Need to make a bigger effort though - its the Xmas do on the 14th and I want the new frock to look and feel fab.
No more nibbling!0 -
