Scottish Power Postal Address??

I'm dealing with a complex electricity bill situation for my girlfriend and want to write to Scottish Power stating her/our/my case. It's an estimated bill extrapolation problem(!).
Does anyone know what the address is for Scottish Power billing enquiries?
The website lists nothing, and the bill lists nothing bar the Registered Office (which I'd use but something more direct would be better).
I was surprised that this is not more obvious. I thought all companies in the UK were legally obligated to provide an address for postal correspondence?
