How? Where can i register my property? Any advice gratefully received.0

Try approaching production companies directly: find out the names of the researchers/scouts and get in touch with them.0

Useful to read this link - I've copied the contacts they listed below, though most seem based around London, I think they would find locations across the UK..

This list starts with the agencies that specialise in posher homes, with agencies who reperesent a broader selection, including more ordinary homes, at the bottom. I gather that it is often possible to register with more than one agency.

Ive turned my bedroom into an 80s room. It has all the usual old video player and videos, old computers, old posters, super mario stuff like a clock, old tv, reciord player etc is this the sort of tyhing that maybe a film company would like to use in a film that was based in the 80s? for example the wedding singer0

Here's the sites to register your properties in Scotland and more specifically Glasgow and Edinburgh -

I used to work in this game and while there is easy money to be made it can also be very disruptive. Any location manager worth their salt will fully prepare you for this.
To answer aberdeenlads question, it's possible but unlikely. Generally the film crews art department will be the ones who "dress" the location. Unless your bedroom happens to be exactly what they're looking for exactly where they're looking for it then you're a very niche market! Still can't hurt trying.0 -
I think my house would only be good enough for a programme like Shameless0

I work in the film locations field - if any one has any queries or questions about how to go about getting their property on screen I'll try to assist!0
