hi everyone,
does anyone know of a good online recipe finder, that has simple, healthy and cheap recipes (particularly vegetarian)? the ones i have found seem to have too many dinner party type recipes. i am just looking for inspiration of how to feed myself from my veg box and stop letting things go bad before i get round to cooking them [hangs head in shame].
thanks!

who do you get your vegbox from? we get ours from riverford and they have a lot of quite good recipes on their website - abel and cole also have what looks to be a good range.
i'm sure there are better tools out there, but it's nice to be able to search by a particular vegetable if you have loads to use up!

I'm a great fan of the BBC Good Food website - it has a search function where you can put in the item you want to use, then you can filter the results by various criteria, including vegetarian / healthy / ease of making (and a lot more).
I've got some really interesting recipes off there - usually, like you, when I'm desperately trying to think of a use for something that's turned up in the veg box!

thanks! i will check those out. i get my veg box from a local supplier (organic lea in walthamstow) and i'm not very imaginitive at the moment, there are times when i don't just want more soup / stew!"The Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed" - Ghandi0
