Sent Debt Relief Application back to CCCS

They suggested that, because I do not have more than £50 spare every month, I could apply for a Debt Relief Order. They sent all the…

Loans to friends/family
Morning Peeps. I'm contemplating applying for an IVA. Can anyone tell me what priority is given to monies owed to family/friends. I owe my mum about £3,000 and pay her £125 a month. Would this debt be recognized? Would creditors allow me to continue paying this? Thanks, FCC.

Is this right? Cannot enter IVA
We are with payplan and in a DMP. Been looking into whether an IVA is more suitable for us and have contacted payplan about it, who have replied and told us we cannot enter into an IVA as our individual debt only = about £11,000 each and each person needs needs a minimum of £12650 and that an IVA cannot be paid back in…

Advice, considering IVA
Just been through the CCCS site and the reccomendation is an IVA, the thing that worries me is when they value the house. I have little to no equity at present, I assume I will have after the 5 years, but I don't have family or friends that would have the capacity to borrow me a large(ish) sum of money, don't want to sell…
