She says you can't claim for any charged PPI as the people you owe money to are doing you a favour by allowing you to repay your debts at a minimal repayment amount. Just received a phone call from the fos on my second claim with Lloyds/TSB credit card. They have not heard anything from Lloyds so fos have now written to them giving them another 3 weeks and if no reply will then pass it to the Ombudsman. Is this the procedure. Michelle
