Have received a letter from Link Financial claiming that I owe £1000 on a credit card from Abbey. CCA advice please
Hi, I am on a DMP with CCCS and have just made the first payment to them. MBNA are getting snotty and saying they are going to pass over to DCA as I am in arrears and they claim have made no contact with them, so should I ask for CCA, infact shall I ask all my crediters for the CCA? Or can I not do that as I am with CCCS.

Anyone had dealings with RBS?
Hi. Am about to start a dmp (my payment will be quite low until my secured loan is paid off). My main creditor is Royal Bank Scotland - mainly a loan, balance approx £18,000. Have been reading posts about N.Rock going for charging orders and forcing sales of property, are all banks like this? Is this what happens?
