for some time been struggling with putting credit unions debts into insolvency. In an area such as mine which is very deprived I see a lot
of clients who have credit union accounts. In fact as part of our budgeting advice

Car Finance Claim
I have seen a few adverts lately about Car Finance Claims and getting money back to the customer. Firstly how legit are these? Secondly how would it affect an IVA if I were to get any money back, would I just simply share the sum via the rules imposed on my IVA such as 50% of the total? It's a closed financial account…

My IVA and all associated debts…

Argreement date passed and want more money.
My agreement ended 3.5 months ago, as far I I'm aware off we are now out of contract. We have not been given any breech of contract or anything in writing before the end of the agreement that an extension would be required. Can CreditFix have the right to demand a 12 month extension or a 3rd party to pay off just under…

After my DRO is ended with no outstanding issues and it is removed from the register, and assuming I legitimately apply for subsequent credit and not act fraudulently, how soon before I can reapply for another DRO? Is it 6 years from the start or end date of the first? Have people become “Serial” DRO applicants?

Debt was passed to agency days before DRO was approved
So I had my DRO approved around 7 weeks ago (I'm now in the moratorium period). However it seems that behind the scenes just days before the DRO was approved, one of my creditors had passed a debt to a collection agency. Can someone confirm if this debt is still counted within the DRO? Or do I have to pay it?
