rottisserie question
I'd just like to ask a quick question if I may?! I bought a rottisserie from a car boot sale the other day and it is lovely they only problem I have is that it stinks of smoke! does any one have any ideas of how to rid an appliance of the smell of smoke? thankyou for any replies.

Hello all Yuk sung is an absolute favourite of mine from the chinese takeaway but I've never seen a receipe for it, had anyone else? Caster V Granulated sugar in BM?
Just that really. Have used caster sugar with wholemeal flour, it tastes fine, if a bit sweet. Does granulated work better. (It's an MR Fastbake by the way)
