Tired pistachios
I have a bag of pistachios that have lost their snap. I didn't open them until this evening, but have had them in for a while. If I put them in the oven to refresh them, do you think I need to shell them first?

Last night, I was in a hurry so I made spaghetti bolagnese with a ready mixed sauce. I had 400g of mince, and I cooked it all, so I could re-heat it somewhen in the next few days. Is there anything else I can have it with tonight over than spaghetti? Jacket potato maybe? Any good ideas to make a nice meal? I'm useless with…

I was hoping *crosses fingers* that someone lives in the same…
