Creditors charging amdin fee for letters - can I charge to reply?
Creditors solicitors charging me £16 "admin" fee for a letter to tell me I've not yet made first repayment regarding out of court settled CCJ. Can I realistically charge these parasites a fee for replying? Others experiences/advice truly welcomed.
