How Long?
Hi I've been paying CSA for around 11 years now. My Daughter is now 17 and at college. How long do I have to pay through the CSA. She has a bank account. Am I not allowed to pay her direct?. How long do I keep maintenance payments up?

Data Protection
Hello all. Just a general question. When a NRP's case is finally closed for whatever reason, what happens to all the reams of information that the CSA has collected about them over the years? Is it stored for 6 years similar to other financial/legal documents, or is it deleted from the system soon after? Thanks.

Clarification of '2 years' to collect arrears
Hi all I'm sorry if this question has been answered before. I have done a forum search and had a good trawl through various threads but cannot find a definitive answer. I understand that the CSA are pushing for arrears to be paid within two years (although I also understand that this is legally unenforceable). My question…
