In July 2022 I placed a pre-order £30 deposit with a model shop in Sheffield, the balance (£100) to be paid once the model was available. Four year old Volvo leaking
My 4.5 year old Volvo has developed water ingress from the sunroof. The dealership are repairing the failed seal. Should I really have to pay the full cost of the replacement? I did not expect a top of the range XC60 to develop such a fault so soon in its life! Many thanks for any advice on this.
