Hi Followed advise and waited until all my accounts had defaulted, some sold, some have not, some enforceable, others not doing own DMP. My questuion is i have all paper work going back to when i stopped paying, what should i keep and what should i get rid off. I know to keep defaults anything else?.

Default from 2016 now dropped off credit report - can I assume now statute barred
Hi all. I had a default on my credit file from 2016. I recall last writing to them in 2018 to make an offer and they refused and I have not contacted them since. This has now dropped off my credit file. Can I reasonably assume that this is now statute barred? Thank you.
