Can I do this on O2?
Is it possible to downgrade from £35 tarrif to £20 tariff after 6 months on O2 (12 month contract)? I just found out that Orange don't allow this anymore, as you have to downgrade in steps (i.e. £35 -> £25 -> the next one down -> and so on).

Old o2 sims - Tariff question
I have a couple of old o2 PAYG sims which advertise the now, not available, 100 minutes or 300 texts for a £10 topup. They have never been opened. My question is if I open them and topup by £10 will I get the old tariff or will I get the one which replaced it? ie 50 mins for £10 topup.

O2 contract problems
Hi, I upgraded my O2 phone four months ago and at the same time changed my contract from O2 400 to O2 200 as I was not using all my allocated minutes. Can anyone recommend a Cashback that works
Having read many threads regarding cashback and mobile phone suppliers it seems that there isn' a company out there that has CUSTOMER CARE at the forefront of it's business. Are there too many customers so they get their cashback if and when the phone companies can remember or bother to do it. This IMHO is an obvious ploy,…

Well, not a complete newbie as such. I hardly ever use it, only for important calls or to be reached by herself, and occasional text foolery with the…
