Letters from court
Hiya, had a lodger a few years ago and I’ve been bombarded with letters in their name. I didn’t open any of the letters and would always write return and post them. I accidentally opened one today and it’s a notice of issue court warrant. I’m not in touch with the lodger anymore, they have gone Mia what can do here? Thanks

Received a letter from pulse stating that my account has been terminated and they are demanding the full amount. Next steps will be selling to Dca etc etc. there isn’t any mention of a default- has my account been defaulted yet? Should I wait for a DCA to contact me or contact pulse offering a payment plan?
