Contents insurance
Hi I took out a DRO back in 2009 and am wondering 1. why insurance companies seem to think that this makes me more likely to have a break in/drop the telly or whatever and 2. how long they want to know this for? OK, so point 1 is a bit of a simplistic way of looking at things and I guess insurance companies are blinkered…

A question re: F&F
Ok, this is a long one so bear with me. I have a small IVA (Sub 20K) and was plodding along as you do. Recently due to a job change and stupid amounts of overtime, and the rate I am going I could pay the entire 100% of it off within a few months. I was stupidly upfront with them and they know I have over 10K in the bank…

I am not in an iva but hubby is. My wages are used to pay my share of the household expenses. They used this to work out the disposable income.. DRO's & social fund loans
I have just completed my year of a DRO and it has become apparent that the deductions being made from my JSA were for a debt for a budgeting loan which was included in my DRO, and not for what I thought the deductions were for, hence why I didn't query it. At the time of the DRO the intermediary said the issue of DWP loans…
