use this to pay my water and have had 2 reminders that i havent paid my water bill, my billpay shows as completed and my receipt says paid..
I have awful trouble getting on the site and have rung them a few times, i have just managed to get on and see it has cancelled another payment even though i thought ide paid it..any ideas who to ring as cannot seem to find a no..

Just realised i should have put alliance and leicester as prob no one knows what im talking about!! BUT neither do they when i rung them, after 7 people going blank when i said i wanted this billpay dept i was worrying..i got put through for the 8th time and was told the ring some national bank line and speak to them as they were lost..?? i pay money each month through these guys so am alarmed no one knows who they are!
i am sorting my water via DD now as giving up with these loons!

This happened to me because I confused South East Water with Southern Water and paid one thinking it was the other. And then the Final arrived from the one I had not paid and I twigged! Apart from that A&L Billpay has worked reliably for me.
