Take a photocopy of the V5 before you send it just incase it is mislaid by Swansea.

It tells you on the V5 form (log book) what you and the new owner have to fill in and who has to send off what.

I can't remember in great detail, but think the thin green bit is for the new owner - but as said, read the instructions on the V5, my memory is not as good as it used to be!
