without going into the ins and outs of the situation, the Health Service has managed to !!!! my case up and i am no farther forward than i was 6 mths ago. Who should i complain to?. I am still only an outpatient and the last time i went to the hospital- even as i was stepping into the room the charge nurse (who apparently was deputising), became really aggreessive to me- i am certain this is because she had just read the notes and realised nothing had been done after the results of the scan eventually made it bacK !
