I used this offer last time they ran it, you send off the coupn to a central address & they allocate a salon to call you & book the appointment. I didn't think they allocated a particually convenient salon to me but the standard of hair care I received was excellent ;)

Those of you who have not heard from the salon after sending it away for more than 30 days u should contact the promoter to let them know. Another better way is to send the coupon via recorded post so you know whether yours has reach its destination. Anyway I just got the mag yesterday for the gf.

I had my hair cut through this offer (in a different magazine) yesterday - what a great freebie!! ;D

Will be off to try and find More or Eve today and get another, use my Mum's address and see if I get a different salon, but if not I'm sure they won't remember me.

Sounded like an inconvenient salon when I got the letter, but in fact it was only 15 minutes drive, which is fine.

It may well be a new edition of the More magazine in the shop now. However, you can always ask your newsagent to see whether they can get you the previous copy in as the offer expires on 30 Nov 2004. There are 2 magzines in a sealed bag in which the haircut offer is on, with christina aguilera on the front cover of one of them. Not sure about the Eve magazine though.

While I was out on the 22nd of December a hairdresser rang regarding this offer. I phoned them back on Christmas eve and they were going to do my wash, cut and blow dry before the new year but I said I would rather leave it as I had just got my hair done. Appointment is made for 5pm on Friday 11th February as I am going to Paris the following day for Valentines Day. Delighted, over the moon, cannot believe how many freebies I have got thanks to this site (manicure, facial, free hotel stays, washing powder, dog food ...! ;D :D :o

it seems to depend on where you live, it's up to your salon to contact you.

i did the first one in eve mag a while back, no contact for me but they did phone my mum while she was in the garden and couldn't get to the phone in time. 1471 showed the salon as the number that has called, she called back but got a gormless person saying they knew nothing about it. they didn't call back. i thought maybe my coupon had gone missing so i sent in another one from real magazine. several of my friends also sent coupons in this time. again, nothing, no call. my salon just doesn't take any notice of this offer.

for those of you who got a haircut, congrats :-) maybe we should all say where we are so people know for next time not to bother if they live in a town whose salon won't call them! i'm in stafford, staffordshire by the way.

Thanks! I took out a subscription to the mag, Good Housekeeping, because of a freebie. My sister missed this offer the last time and as already stated in a previous post I got it so I will send it away for her. She lost her job 2 weeks before Christmas so this might cheer her up a little! :D
