Not sure for what purpose you want the maca for, but it has worked so well for me. have had a severe hormone imbalance for the lat 6 months and maca has turned things around in just 1 week. I took six 500mg tablets per day for a week and now take 3 500mg per day capsules. I love it!!!

my hormones are all over the place and i need a libido lift since having the implant fitted last yr, been takin 2 or 3 750mg tabs a day for bout 1 wk and im more energetic and not having the mood swings i was so its starting to work.
