Thought that would grab your attention. :D :T

Go here for your chainsaw (http://www.schmeusser.siw.de/software/chainsaw.html)

Its a very useful file splitting prog to enable you to transfer large files with ease.

What does Latatk mean?

Anyway I remember stumbling across one of those programs at college, back in the day when I had to share a family computer and copied downloaded programs onto floppy discs.

In things like e-mail addresses the ampersand '@' ('@') stands for 'at' so I'm guessing the poster is presumably humourously translating the L@@k in your title as L..at..at..k (L@@k in your title as L..at..at..k)or LATATK.

'Fraid it went over my head as well

HTH

Yes, the poster was being humorous. Shame on him for being so bold. He should be made to stand in the centre of the room and be pointed and laughed at.

Bold is my emphasis.

Not at all, when I read your initial post I thought you were asking for clarification of a term used on the website being linked to, so I popped over there and had a scout around. When I didn't find anything I came back here and re-read the posts until the humour of what you'd written dawned on my aged grey cells.

Now if you'd added a smiley like this:

What does Latatk mean? :D

myself (and others?) would probably have twigged straight away.

Cheers,

Bubba.
