This has been posted several times.

I didn't get my mug.
They are just looking to get email addresses.
You need to recommend lots of friends and they all need to sign up.

It is difficult to unsubscribe and they send a confusing email with two links and if your friends subscribe using the wrong link (which is not clear) you do not get your mug.

So you just waste your time!
