I use www.tescotracker.com (http://www.tescotracker.com) , you need to sign up (all free) then tell it what you are having/had and it works out calories etc for you and keeps totals per day. It doesn't just do tesco food either, you can find own brand stuff on there for asda, sainsburys etc.

If you want to keep count of the calories yourself, you could always just use it for looking up calorie contents of what you are eating, although the site also calculates other nutritional values for your food and totals those too. You might find you are keeping under the calorie limit you set but are over on the recommended carb or fat intake (v easily done) which would have the opposite effect (assuming its for weight loss/sustaining you are doing it).

I can't find the first poster, but I found out about this site recently, through the forum here :), which calculates youe calorie intake, also you can put in exercise done and it makes nice graphs to show if your input exceeds your output, carb/protein/fat percentages etc....

Hi Food Focus the same one as above is great, even tells you how much weight you should lose if you don't cheat!

I agree. This one is really useful. I've used it for the past 3 weeks and am already getting results :j

Thank you to the posters for the heads up re tescotracker and food focus. I've signed up to both!! I'll fill in both (wonder how long that lasts!) and will decide which I prefer.

Thanks again, really useful.

Hi, I am try to fill the Food Focus food log for today but, unless I am able to answer all the parts, I cannot enter it.
I had a home made crepe today, I guess (over estimated) the calories, weigh etc but I have no idea as regards protien content etc! Am I planning this properly?
Thank you for the site by the way.
Carmen x

I've just come across the same thing! Food Focus pops up with Account Suspended.

I hope they've been paying their web hosting bills.

It'll be a shame if they've gone belly up as I was starting to rely on this service.
